YOUTH SECTION PRE SEASON GET TOGETHER -18th JULY

We are having a pre season get together and coachin session on Sunday morning 18th July in preparation for the new 2010-11 season
A team has been entered in the Dorset & Wilts Division 2 North Merit table plus some friendlies
Look forward to meeting up again and bring along any new recruits

RECRUITMENT MORNING FOR 10-12 YEAR OLDS

A recruitment morning will be held at Corston on Sunday July 18th for new 10 -12 year olds with registration at 10:30am followed by an hour of fun introduction to rugby.
It is the intention to play Sunday morning matches at this age group against other local clubs for the 2010-11 season.

12 hour SPONSORED TOUCH RUGBY & BODY WAXING AUCTIO

Hi all
As you all know the club is is looking to raise money for the installation of full pitch new floodlight to be installed in October.
Social Secretary Dan Smith is organsing a sponsored 12 hour touch rugby session and an auction of body waxing on Saturday July 10th.
(Further details to follow)
The club has been offered 50% of the estimated cost of £40,000 from the Rugby Football Union towards the total cost leaving the club to fund the balance and raise our share of £40,000 between now and installation.
Dan is looking for volunteers who would like to put their name forward to have chest, legs, back, arms, ass etc waxed for auction with all money raised going towards the floodlight fund.
Could anyone interested please contact Dan.
Can everyone please make an effort to keep this day free and stay for ther duration, there will be a BBQ all day and beer flowing from 9am.
Disco all day also.
EVERYONE WELCOME more the merrier.

Beach Party 24th July

On behalf of the club Linda (and Alan) Baker are organising a BEACH PARTY at or Corston headquarters on Saturday 24th July.
There will be disco in the clubhouse, a bar-b-que featuring reggae singer Neil Sartain, Games with prizes and a raffle.
Wear your bright beach gear or grass skirts and enjoy a really good night.
